Fix My House is a platform that assists anyone in need of home maintenance related services to find suitable service providers which are closest to their location, no need to register, just download and start searching from over 22,000 different service providers across over 50 different categories.

Whether the service you require involves plumbing, appliance repairs etc, let our AI robot Lugisani (a Venda word meaning "fix it") be your pocket handyman, you don't need to know what service you require, you just need to tell the robot what you need help with and then let the robot find suitable service providers to meet your needs, eg searching "pipe" will yield results in plumbing, pool maintenance etc, and if Lugisani can't find a suitable service for you, the robot has artificial intelligence capabilities to help learn your search patterns so that the next time you search for the same term, Lugisani will be able to assist you better.

Once you've found the kind of service you require, Lugisani will present you with a list of service providers which are the closest to your current location together with their contact details, coupled with a star rating by other customers and an indication of whether the service provider has been verified or not and also an indication of the call out fee where applicable. That's it!

For the service provider:

Register yourself as a service provider on the platform so that consumers of your services can be able to find you easily, control how far from your address of business you're willing to travel and what kind of services you're able to offer and also how much you charge as a call out fee, upload or capture a selfie so your customers can easily recognise you... These are just some of customizations you can set on your profile.

If you do not wish to create a new set of credentials, use your existing social media platform credentials (apple, google, facebook, twitter) to login so you can create your profile.

The Fix My House platform is entirely free to use for both the customer and the service provider.
